If you are looking to drop in our Melbourne CBD Showroom for an in-store experience, you’re welcome to contact us via email at info@monteandco.com.au or via phone on +61 (0)449 094 009 to make an appointment. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm (AEST). Showroom shopping is strictly by private appointment only. This to ensure each customer (and their pet, yes we are pet-friendly so you are welcome to bring your pet along!) are given the utmost care and attention during their allocated time with us.
Our Showroom is located in the basement of 433 Collins St, Melbourne CBD (VIC, Australia). This is only accessible via street level and you will need to be escorted downstairs by a team member upon your appointment arrival time for security purposes. Whilst we are not open on weekends, we can sometimes accommodate weekend appointments for corporate/weekend travellers or emergency purposes. We are always here to help where we can!
